Project “Joining and Implementing the CompuCash Customer Management System by Centennial Hospitality OÜ with Necessary Integrations”

The implementation of a new customer management system will allow the company to track a comprehensive history of customer purchasing behavior in the future. Based on this, personalized offers can be made. The system also enables customer identification through a mobile loyalty card. The goal is to build a loyal customer base and enhance competitiveness by offering targeted deals, similar to market peers. The automated system minimizes staff workload, modernizes operations, and enables customer identification via a mobile loyalty card. It also tracks purchase history to support personalized, effective promotions. Additionally, the self-service terminal allows customers to purchase products or services without waiting in line, saving time.
